I do not have a shipping label to return my broken phone and the store would not accept it. i have been charged for the old phone. how do i obtain a new label and send my phone. when can i expect my money back?

I'd be happy to help you look in to this to see how we can help. Is this phone from a purchase or was it replaced using a Geek Squad Protection plan? Did your local store explain why they could not accept this? Any additional information would be much appreciated.
