If there was a 90 day return policy, someone would ask for a 3 day exception on day 93. To keep it fair and equal for everyone, Best Buy follows the policy we print on everyone’s receipt, post on our website and at every register as well as by the front entrance of every store.
Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the management of the store where you brought them to make a return.
