Issue with Sprint Account Bill Credits

I added two lines to my Sprint account on Jan 25th, 2020 becasue was offering 24 months of bill credits for iphone 11 when a line was added, totaling $0.00 for 24 months ($29.17 bill credit per month).  However, I only received a credit of $14.17 for each phone on my Sprint bill, meaning I'm paying $15/mo. for each phone.  I visited my local store to inquire, it appears I should have needed to trade in a phone to get the full bill credit.  The website did not require a trade-in or even ask for one. 


I saved the screenshot for my purchases that clearly shows a full bill credit, as well as the cost of adding a line being free for some time period.  Without this full bill credit, I would not have added two lines. 


What can be done to resolve this issue?  The phones are past the return date.
