Issue with Price Match

Hi guys,

I called in to request a price match for an item that I purchased about two weeks ago on and subsequently went on sale.  The phone rep confirmed the price match but said that it needed to be verified by another team, and that I would receive a response "within 24 hours."  Of course I never heard back.  How can I follow up to see what's going on with this request?  The order number is {removed per forum guidelines}

As someone who is also a fan of getting a good deal, I can understand why you'd want to take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee when you noticed the price went down on the product you selected. However, not hearing back about your request as expected sounds less than ideal.
