I otdered a 65" LG TV from BestBuy.com while chatting with the Online Chat Rep. Quick and easy process, I sent them the links for the price match at my local store and they said no issue...Order the TV at full price and we will refund you the difference with 15 days. No problem...done, TV ordered, order # given to chat rep and he said we are all set I will get everything taken care of.
Her's where the problems begin...Waited 15 days no refund??? Then I am refunded about 15% of the amount I was supposed to get back??? I have spent 6+ hours on the phone with my "elite plus" customer service and no one can give me a clear answer of where my refund is. I have been given 2 different case #'s and promises of a call or email in return, to know surprise no calls or emails!!!
To top it off I can't even return the item now since it shows a price match on my purchase.
Any thoughts of what to do here?

I love getting the best deal on a product as well, so I can understand wanting to take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee when it came to your TV purchase.
