Is there an email or PM I can talk to someone about a bad situation?

I tried to call but was disconnected and I tried to chat which offered no help at all, is there a way to email or have a private conversation with a customer service agent? I have spent a ton of money at Best Buy (12K last year) and really feel that the company has left me out to dry
