I contact Best Buy customer service today to request a Price Match Guarantee on an HP printer. I told Marco that I found the exact same printer model for a lower price, and told him the website. He said he checked on his end, and did not find a lower price on his list of retailers. According the the Price Match Guarantee, I need to provide Best Buy with the website where I found the lower price. Then he said that what I found was from a third party. No it was not. I found it on Walmart.com, and it states "sold and shipped by Walmart".
I would like Best Best to contact me about this.

You say that "Walmart.com is not a listed online retailer we match....". The Price Match Guarantee does not that Best Buy will only price match with their own list of retailers. It says that I can show a website where I found a lower price, which I offered to Marco, but he would not accept that.
Regardless, it is out of stock at Walmart.com, and at stores within 250 miles of where I live. I don't know why being out of stock should matter.

Two days ago, it was available. However, I have not been able to get through to Best Buy via phone, and chat hasn't been available at all. I contacted the Corporate office today, and they were able to help me. Thank you very much for your responses and trying to help.
