Invoice

Hey, I bought a macbook a while ago in Boardman,Ohio and I would like to know how I can get the invoice. I got the receipt, but I came back to my country (Brazil) and I need the invoice.

I understand that you are looking to receive an invoice from your past purchase of a MacBook. When an item is purchased from us, we should always provide sales receipt for the purchase. We do not however, provide invoices to our customers for their purchases. Was there a particular reason that you were needing a purchase invoice as opposed to a sales receipt?

It’s because, I wanted to do a phone “insurance” and in my country they ask for the invoice and I just have the receipt, I’m not sure if they would accept just the receipt.

Got it, thank you for clarifying that for us! In most cases, a "purchase invoice" would be the same thing as a sales receipt, so you shouldn't have an issue providing a sales receipt as a form of proof of purchase. Should you still have issues with this, or need us to send you a copy of your receipt, please let us know and we would be happy to take a look into this and see what's possible!
