I have the same problem. Returned my air fryers (2) in June 2022. Have called the number every month with no resolution. Contacted on 7/27/2022, 8/11/22, 8/23/22, 9/16,202210/4/22, 11/25/23, and again today 1/17/23. Still no refund. Denni gave me to michael; he hung up on me. this ticket has beem escalled 4 times. I asked to speak to manager 4 times. I should have never returned my air fryers!
They keep giving me same script they read from. E-card to my email. We check email every day nothing. They speak to me like a two year old. Check junk, spam and promotions... I told them we were both very well educated and understood email. I told him it had been 7 months. He like all the others kept repeating themselves. I have spent 15 hours on the phone trying to get my refund/rebate. They keep telling me it needs to go to another department. My time is not free. I expect a resolution.

Please provide your full name, email, mailing address and claim number if you have it in a Private Message. Please check your junk, spam, trash and/or Promotional mail folders in addition to your mailbox.
