Insignia recall

I have contacted insignia and I have contacted Best buy and I can't get a hold of anyone that can tell me where my refund is. On 6/21/22 it was recieved and finally processed on 7/15/22. I checked my email daily and I have no email about it I search my email and I have no email about a refund nothing and insignia says that I have to go through Best buy and Best buy tells me to call their hotline and their hotline doesn't know either. I need to know when my refund is! Plus I even have it on my app that I spent $62.76 on it not $50. So I am also worried about that.

Could you please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, your physical address, your confirmation number, and the tracking number for the air fryer (if you have it)?
