I also shipped back my insignia airfryer. I called the hotline no. 1-800-566-7498 on Nov.15 to ask about the refund. i was told they issued an e-gift card in August but i haven't received any. I was told to wait around 3 days for them to re-issue a refund. Nothing came. I called again today Dec 01, I was told to provide the order no. because i ordered it online. I said I don't know the order no. I called amazon they can't provide either since they refreshed customer data every 9 mos. So, I guess there's no hope to get my money back now. it's only $50 bucks but still... it's just frustrating to return the recalled product & get nothing.

I've called the Best Buy hotline no less than 5 times since September - and still no resolution to my returned product. I even have the confirmation email from them that my item was received.
I am at my wit's end here - as no one seems to give a darn about this recall? Any suggestions as to how I can get a replacement or my $50 gift card?
