Insignia air fryer recall

I sent my air fryer back June 6th and still haven’t received my gift card for it. It’s August 22nd. It shouldn’t take this long. How do I go about getting it?

Welcome to our forums!  You should have received more information regarding your air fryer recall claim, so it's disappointing to hear this is taking longer than anticipated.

 

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend you call the Best Buy Recall Hotline at 1-800-566-7498, Option #1 to connect with our recall team, and request an update on the status of your claim.  This team can be reached from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

I have been calling that number every week and they are no help. You have to wait forever and then they just give you the run around.

 

Has anyone received their refund yet??

I've been waiting for my refund since I returned my air fryer June 1st.  I've called 800-566-7498 on 8/18, 9/1, 9/15 and 9/27.  I keep getting told it's being escalated.  This is now absurd.  I've been without an air fryer for months and wasted a great deal of time on hold getting no where.  Terrible customer service!  Kindly provide what was promised and promptly.

Hi ,I also sent back my insignia air fryer in July and still have not recieved my $50 gift card , I have made several attempts to resolve this by calling 800-566-7498 each time I am given a different excuse . I just came across this customer support and it seems to be a very big issue . Can you please provide support  in helping us  ge the gift card  ASAP  ?

Hi there I'm also really frustrated with all of this. I have been waiting for months for my refund, even though I sent the unit back in the summer.

Can someone please help with this? I can also provide the registration number etc!

Still no soloution on my gift card for the INSIGNIA AIR FRYER .I have spent many hours on the phone with different excuses . PLEASE HELP TO GET THIS RESOLVED
