Sent Insignia air fryer to you in container that was sent to me by you. Received confirmation e-mail
, dated 29 April 2022, # {removed per forum guidelines} that uniit was received by you. With e-mails sent from me, telephone inquries and now email directly to the right department (I trust)..., when will I receive my GIFT CARD?

Welcome to our Best Buy Support Forums. I can understand not getting the gift card for your recalled air fryer after this long, isn't the ideal situation.
With this recall, the e-gift card should have been emailed to you within three to six weeks after the air fryer was received by us and verified to be a recalled model. The email would be sent from corporategiftcards@giftcards.bestbuy.com with the subject line, "Best Buy Insignia sent you a Best Buy® Gift Card". As email providers often misroute our emails, we recommend ensuring that you check any spam, junk, or promotional mail folders that you may have, in addition to your inbox.
If you do not have this, please feel free to send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and claim number, if you have it. To send me the message, you can use the button in my signature below. Please know, I will be in the office for a few more hours, and be out for the next two days, but I will respond to any messages received after I leave, when I return Sunday.
