Despite repeated phone calls to the 1-800#, I have never received the gift card. I am told my request was sent to the expeditors. It is beginning to seem like a scam as I see lots of posts and social media posts about never receiving the gift card. Best Buy needs to make it right.

His response was to call the number and give them more time.
