To whom it may concern:
I returned our Insignia Air Fryer via the kit sent to us in Jun or July 2022
Even I tried to call couples of time to escalate the refund, there is nothing so far.
I have yet to see any gift card or check for the $75.00.
Can you please check on the status of this return?

I sent the box Jun 2022. Now, Jan 2023. It takes really really long...and it seems never happens

I still have one airfryer I want to return...but I want to wait and see if the first one success

Still no any news. Is this recall and gift card a joke!? I returned the airfryer LAST YEAR JUNE, now is 2023 end of Jan, please update how this process and tell me the truth if gift card exists? Thank you
