Insignia Air Fryer Refund - No Gift Card Received

We returned our Insignia Airfryer, and received confirmation from Insignia on May 13 indicating we should expect a refund in 3-6 weeks. We have not received the gift gard as of this date. Can someone please help?

Welcome to our forums!  It's disappointing to hear you've not yet received your gift card for the air fryer you've returned, but I'll be happy to take a closer look and offer any assistance I can.  For me to get started, I'll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Any confirmation numbers you may have received regarding your recall claim, or your claim ID number
  • Your current mailing address
