Insignia Air Fryer Recall

I returned my air fryer via UPS as instructed in April 2022. I have a registration number but was not instructed to record the UPS tracking number and because I don’t have the tracking number, they cannot locate my returned air fryer. Don’t they have it based on my registration and address where they sent the courier to pick it up?? I have called ++++ times and have been told my inquiry is being “escalated” but with no timeframe given. I think this recall process is such a mess. They now have my air fryer and will not process my credit. Best Buy please step up, reply and advise how you can assist.
