Hello,
I'm looking for a status on the recalled Insignia Air Fryer. I initiated the return on 4/30. I sent back the recalled air fryer; customer service said it was "received" on 5/25 and "processed" on 6/14. I called 800-566-7498 on 8/2 and was told they are investigating. No updates yet. I've checked email inbox and junk/ spam daily. I have not received the gift card. Please provide update on when I can expect it.
