I am VERY UPSET THAT I HAVE CALLED OVER 5 TIMES TO GET MY REFUND FOR ME RETURNING MY AIR FRYER. I KEEP BEING TOLD THAT THEY ARE GOING TO ESCALATE MY CASE AND WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND WITHIN 3-4 WEEKS. I SENT MY AIR FRYER IN OVER A YEAR AGO (GOING ON 2 YEARS) AND STILL NOTHING!!!! I SPENT MY MONEY ON THE AIR FRYER WHEN I BOUTGHT IT NOW I HAVE NOTHING. THIS IS HORRIABLE!!! I WANT MY MONEY OR AN AIR FYER!!!!!!!!!!!
