I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. This is ridiculous, pathetic and a joke. They are thieves and I’m sick and tired of getting the runaround from anyone I speak to. I keep hearing the same excuses and I don’t have a gift card. They have my money, they have their air fryer back, and I still have nothing. What a joke.
