I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.

Hello, I'm wondering what steps do I need to take to get the refund for this recall. I returned the recalled unit in May, 2022. I have a confirmation number.

It is now the 3 of November and still haven’t received anything this is more than frustrating. I keep caving and all thy tell me is it’s being escalated. I’m beyond upset

I sent my Air Fryer back in June 2022 and have not received my refund.  I have called the customer support line three times and nothing has been resolved.  The first time in August, I was told my air fryer was returned, the gift card should be emailed soon.  No gift card, so I called again a few weeks later and was told my air fryer was not returned but there was a problem with tracking numbers from Canada.  I was told to give it a few weeks to sort itself out.  I called again today and was told again my air fryer was not returned and the agent will escalate the situation but no time frame was given.  Very frustrating!  Future purchases at Best Buy are not looking good.  Please help.

I have been waiting for my Insignia Air Fryer $50 refund for 6 months now.  I have sent e-mails and called the 1-800-566-7498 (hung up on after 30 minutes) with no refund. I have made my last purchase at Best Buy as this was the worst recall I have ever seen. IT WAS A RIPOFF!
