They have the product. And they have our money. And we have nothing. It’s a total racket. And we lose. It takes time and effort and energy for us to fight this battle. And there’s nothing we can do about it. The control is in their hands and not ours.
Going on 4 months since I returned my air fryer. Still no refund. This company was quick to ask for the return of the air fryers but no response on the refund???? My guess is that they are hoping we would forget about it and thus keep the $$$ and the air fryers…… Where is my refund????????
We are all experiencing the same thing. No one is giving any updates other than apologies and ‘please wait’ . This is a disaster and I don’t think they know what they are even doing.
