Hello, I also returned my airfyer in July 2022 and yet to receive anything. And the costumer support is so poor giving me false info regarding the time I’m getting my refund. I’m the one that has to contact to get any updates on MY refund. Not cool.

Add me to the list of people that didn’t receive a refund. The way this has been handled. I will think twice before doing business with them again.

I also havent received anything. Sent the "defective model" to them in June, it's been over 6 months!

 

I've been calling every 2-3 weeks since September and the only thing they say is they have forwarded my request to the escalation department.

 

What a joke. I will never support bestbuy/insignia again.

Same here called again today sent to the escalation department for the 4th time who has no number or email. SMH. For all this I should have keep mine

It has been over 6 months for me as well! I have called at least 5 times and everytime they say they will escalate it. Nothing is ever sent. I am currently writing this while I am on hold for over 30 min after being told to hold for 3 to 5 min while he escalates it. This is a joke. Who do I get to complain to about this. How is this going to get resolved?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Best Buy Forums. When I am dealing with a recall, I want it to be resolved as soon as possible, so I understand your frustration. In order for me to get this sent to the correct team, I need the following information sent to me in a private message:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Claim number for the air fryer you sent in
  • Physical address that was on the return label
  • Tracking number, if you have it

Once you send me that information in a private message, I can reach out the the team handling this, and we can look into this.
