I finally got my gift card after the 2nd complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That seems to be the best way to resolve this.

Can anyone help - I am so stuck.
I made the terrible mistake of number making note of the UPS tracking number when returning the airfryer in the box provided.
I returned the airfryer in 5th July and have heard nohting. I have rung the recal line about 10 times and every time I get a different story...they are now telling me to call UPS to get the tracking number but UPS cannot find it. The address of delivery the recall contact centre gave me isnt recognised by UPS so there is nothing they can do apparantly. I even went to the UPS where I dropped off the package and they dont keep records of tracking numbers.
I am completely lost. I dont know why this process is so hard and why the recall depot cannot track items as they come in.
Simply dont know where to go from here...can any one give me some information?

It's been six months since I returned the recalled Insignia air fryer, and I haven't received the refund. I called many times, and just ask to wait. I don't think they want to refund the money to me. So if there's anyone from Bestbuy reading this, could you please at least send back the recalled air fryer to me?

Thank you for reaching out. I can understand waiting so long to receive the gift card for your recalled air fryer, isn't a welcome situation. I'd be happy to see how I can assist with this.
These gift cards should have been sent within three to six weeks after the air fryer was returned to us and we've verified it as one of the recalled units. If it was a recalled one, we would not be able to return it due to safety reasons. The gift card would have been emailed from our corporategiftcards@giftcards.bestbuy.com email address with the subject line "Best Buy Insignia sent you a Best Buy® Gift Card". We are aware some email providers will misroute our emails to spam, junk, or promotional mail folders, so if you didn't find it in your inbox, it's possible that it was routed to one of those.
If you do not have the gift card, I can look into what may have happened with this and how we can get a replacement issued. Feel free to send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and claim number, if you have it.
