After submitting picture’s (tracking label, model # label on air fryer, air fryer in the box, the email stating i bought an air fryer on the recall list) and information on my situation to the BBB i received this text from the same number i get Best Buy order updates from:
“Hello Michael, my name is Scott with Best Buy's Executive Resolution team reaching out regarding the recent Better Business Bureau submission we received from you about your recalled air fryer you shipped back, but have not received the gift card yet. I am reaching out to our business team to investigate this and get you the gift card as soon as possible.”
Hopefully their definition of soon isn’t the same as Blizzard’s.🤞
