I started a claim, received a box and sent the Airfryer back with a copy of the $150 plus tax receipt that I paid for it only a year and a half earlier. This was in early June of 2022.
It dawned on my today (August 17, 2022) that I hadn’t heard anything of this claim and haven’t received my money (unfortunately a gift card) so I called the recall contact centre number. The agent informed me that they never received the returned Airfryer!! What the heck!?
The agent also informed that now they have to “try to track it down in a warehouse to see if they actually received it”!?
I wanted to track the conversation so that doesn’t disappear as well but the agent wasn’t able to give me a tracking transaction number, their ID or anything and told me that there “are notes on the claim number/confirmation number”.
This is bizarre! I have spent too much time on this already. What’s the deal?

I had to send my Air Fryer in for the recall, and am also waiting patiently for my Gift Card as well. Due to the amount of submissions it is taking a while to work through everything, and get the Gift Cards sent to all those affected. It is possible that your air fryer is in the queue to be processed, so it has not shown up in the system yet. Would you mind sending a Private Message with the information below?
