My recalled Insignia air fryer was received on 5/19/22. I've called the hotline twice in regards to my refund. Once on 7/13/22 and again on 7/29/22. Both times I was told that my refund would be expitiated. Nothing. I'm hoping to get an answer here.

I waited on hold today through my entire lunch break with no answer and had to hang up. I called back when I got off work and they were closed. I sent the air fryer back on May 30th and have received no communication or gift card. This is not a good look for Best Buy.

I am also waiting for coming 3 months on the refund!
Last I got a private message saying will work with his team to resolve the issue. It was a week ago and I was eagerly waiting. Suddenly I received a private message asking that "am I still seeking asssistance?" It is a joke don't you think. I haven't hear anything and I thought they were working on a solution.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FRYER OR A REFUND THAT WAS PROMISED DUE TO THE RECALL!
