While I applaud the recall initiative, the time you are taking to handle the email gift card is deplorable customer service. You received my air fryer on 6/09/2022. A week ago, your representative escalated my info to your team for review. There has been no response as of this writing. Perhaps you can look into the matter and respond back in a timely fashion.
