Hello- I attempted to recycle 5 ink cartridges today and purchase an ink pack priced at $55.99. My understanding was that you were given a $2 coupon for each recycled cartridge, and could redeem a total of 5 coupons per day for a qualifying purchase- which mine was. However, I was told that you no longer offer ANY coupons for the cartidges and simply offered to recycle them at no cost to the customer. Has your policy changed? Thank you for any clarification.

Hi there, challis3,
Welcome to the Best Buy Forums and thank you for taking the time to write in to us today.
According to the recycling information on BestBuy.com found here, you can recycle your old ink cartridge and receive $2 savings on your next ink purchase of $40 or more, or recycle your old toner cartridge and receive $2 savings on your next toner purchase of $100 or more. We have a limit of three items per household per day as outlined within our recycling page. You can select your state specific information on the main recycling site.
With that being said, I'd be more than happy to partner with the store leadership team regarding this. To do so, can you please send me a private message that includes your full name, phone number, email address, and the store you visited? You can send a secure message by clicking the "Private Message" option below in my signature.
