Injured by Best Buy delivery

I called Best Buy, because I was injured by a mini fridge they shipped to me. It was damaged in transit. The top of the fridge on the corner was sharp like a nail. The box was dented with a hole in the same spot. The packaging had been retapped, so I’m not certain it was knew. Before I knew it was there, I tried to move the refrigerator and received a 2 inch bleeding cut on my arm. It sliced me. After two hours on the phone with Best Buy, their only solution was to return the damaged refrigerator by UPS pickup and have me order a replacement for $25 higher than what I originally paid. To top it off, I have to spend more hours on the phone with them tomorrow, because they said I could arrange a UPS pickup for free, which I told them could not be done, but they assured me it could. Once I got off the phone with them, I checked and I would need to pay a fee for the pickup, just as I told them. Best Buy would need to arrange it or give me their UPS account number to order it. Otherwise, I have to pay to return something that was damaged in transit (not my fault.) I can’t fit the refrigerator in my car. My credit card company won’t make me return it in my car, since it was delivered by mail. They will fight Best Buy. My bleeding arm hurts from the gash. This is a NIGHTMARE. And what was the point of purchasing Total Tech? I did not receive any better service than without it. Actually, without it may be even better. I don’t remember waiting on hold for over an hour before this incident with Total Tech Customer Service. No one cares that they injured me and cost me more money.
