Just spoke to a "Sergio" about an hour ago to get help loading a language program on my computer. It would have been an easy problem & I described all the steps I'd had to go through, which I felt were wrong. I needed help with the Adobe part of it. What was infuriating was, aside from his impatient attitude, that he refused to go online into my computer so I could show all the steps I was encountering. He just said he didn't need to since he understood it from my description. Perhaps so, but perhaps he'd have seen something that could have clued him in better. In any case it would have taken no time at all.
I've had much better and more polite service in the past for minor issues like this one. This "Sergio" should not be working for Geek Squad.
