INSIGNIA RECALL

Returned my air fryer on 6/30/2022!  Still have not recevied my rebate.  Called the rebate department x5 (yes that's FIVE times) and each time was told that the issue would be escalated and I should receive the rebate in 3-6 weeks.  STILL NOTHING.  Email and phone number verified with rebate department.  I have been issued a service #.  Have checked spam, as I always do on a daily basis.   Next step is to notify Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Protection Agency.

FINALLY RECEIVED MY REBATE AFTER ALMOST SEVEN MONTHS!!!!!
THANK YOU KATIE FOR EXPEDITING MY REQUEST.

I WILL BE RETURNING THE OTHER AIR FRYER IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. HOPEFULLY THE ADDITIONAL REBATE PROCESS WITH GO SMOOTHLY.
