This process does allow you to be able to receive the portion paid for the Air Fryer with a copy of your receipt. While I can understand that you have stated you sent the copy of the receipt. We can locate the receipt for purchases in the US if you could Private Message with your full name, email, address, confirmation number and phone number if you are looking for assistance so that we can look into this. Please review the information below that advises customers on the Recall Website provided above.
What if I don't have my receipt?
Consumers do not need a purchase receipt to receive a credit upon returning a recalled air fryer ($50 USD for units purchased in the US and $75 CAD for units purchased in Canada) using the pre-paid package provided by Best Buy. Best Buy stores will not provide credits or refunds for recalled air fryers or air fryer ovens returned to stores. Consumers who include a copy of the purchase receipt indicating they paid a higher amount in the package with the returned air fryer will receive a credit for the higher price paid. If you ordered online, you should search your email account for the order email and print the email as your purchase receipt and return it in the package with the product. If you no longer have a store receipt or order email, but you used a My BestBuy account when you purchased the product (either online or instore), you can log in to your account, search for the product, and find the price you paid. You should print that page and return it in the package with the product.
