I would like to turn off my auto-renewal -

Dear sirs

I want to cancel the automatic subscription. I have received the email I copied below. I am waiting for an urgent response because it is not possible to do it by entering my account. .

Our forums team isn't generally able to cancel these renewals for you. Instead, we would encourage you to give us a short and easy call at (888) BEST BUY or (888) 237-8289. If you have additional questions, please let us know!

Therein lies the problem, you have to call in. I would like to manage my account especially involving my bank card or credit card on my own without having to make what you call a "short and easy call".
after all, your own email says to visit your profile page to turn off auto-renewal, right?

"No action is required, we’re just letting you know. If you would like to turn off your auto-renewal or update your billing preferences, simply visit your profile page or call"

Is that not what your email from Best Buy suggests? So that we can avoid the call?

Please fix this.

As you can see above, we do recommend giving us a call by phone to help get your auto-renewal turned off, as it's a simple process that we should be able to get taken care of rather quickly for our customers. It's possible that you can also turn this feature off from your My Best Buy account as you've mentioned, but if you do have any trouble at all, please feel free to give us a call, as we'd be more than happy to assist!
