You can purchase Best Buy products at our stores, online at BestBuy.com, or by calling (888) BEST BUY or (888) 237-8289 to place an order with one of our sales reps. However, WhatsApp is not a platform where we will accept orders.
Since this purchase was not made through us, I highly recommend that you contact your bank about this charge, as well as your local authorities. They will be able to launch an investigation, and best assist with further steps.
Along with working with your bank and filing a police report, it would also be a good idea to report the user to WhatsApp so they cannot use their account going forward.
