Whenever a customer requests a price match on their potential purchase, there are some terms and conditions our associates will need to follow in order to make sure the product qualifies for a price match. For starters, we’ll review and verify the price match request on a Best Buy device, which it sounds like Gina at our Lancaster, PA store did. Additionally, items that are advertised as limited quantity or out of stock items will not qualify for a price match.
