I'm done with this company

I came in to your Lancaster, PA store to price match a product. I spoke with Gina about price matching a game from Target. She looked on the site and said it was a different price than what I had on my phone, which was the digital download version, when I found her the link to the physical copy of the game she said she wouldn't honor it at that price because the local target was out of stock. That reason was no where to be found in your price match guarantee policy. Every time I come in to price match a product your staff always seems to find a reason not to honor your price match guarantee, because of this I will no longer be returning to your stores and would like to cancel my credit card. In the last two years, my wife and I have purchased 4 televisions, a ps4 pro, a Nintendo switch and many other things. I'll be happy to take future business elsewhere.

While I wish your visit to our forums were under more fortunate circumstances, I do appreciate you taking the time to join our Community to share your feedback with us. 

 

Whenever a customer requests a price match on their potential purchase, there are some terms and conditions our associates will need to follow in order to make sure the product qualifies for a price match.  For starters, we’ll review and verify the price match request on a Best Buy device, which it sounds like Gina at our Lancaster, PA store did.  Additionally, items that are advertised as limited quantity or out of stock items will not qualify for a price match.  If you have any other questions regarding our Price Match Guarantee, you can find the full terms and conditions here.

 

If you are indeed interested in cancelling your My Best Buy™ Credit Card, please know we’ll be unable to cancel your card through our Support Forums.  With that said, Citibank should be able to assist you with this request, and they can be reached at 1-888-574-1301.
