I purchased a Ipad In October 10 and it was supposed to be delivered by Ontac. Item was never received I called best buy they told me to wait 24 hrs to process a claim. I called October 13 and spoke to Jose he said since I paid with cash the only way I can get a refund is by check he said check will be mailed within 15 days. I called Best Buy again to follow the process on the case and the worker said the case was not processed yet for my refund she said it will take another 15 days. I called today spoke to another worker he said the case was still not processed and it would go to management and it would take another 15 days. Every time I call Best Buy I get the runaround I just want my refund so I can re-purchase the iPad.
