Hello I had purchased Best Buy e-gift cards from Amazon and when wanted to use the gift card I put the claim code at checkout but did not complete the purchase. A couple of days later when I wanted to use the gift card I had $0.00 balance. I had 1sr spoken with Amazon and they told me that see their system only claims it was activated but not claimed, I was told to speak with bestbuy. I spoke with bestbuy 10 days ago and was told it will investigated by the gift card department and I will get an answer with in 5 business days. It's been more then 5 days and haven't received any reply. I received a case number and I will like to know if I can get some help please thanks.

Thanks for joining us here on the community forums. Although I wish it were under better circumstances. Having a gift card that doesn't work is never great. I would love to help you any way I can. Please private message me your full name, phone number, email address, and the case number.
