I bought an iphone 11 but it has an error

I bought the iphone 11 on bestbuy and it failed to connect to wifi. I want to have a return or warranty where to go to return this iphone 11! Thanks very much

Just to make sure.


Did you ensure airplane mode is turned off?

Did you ensure wi-fi is turned on?

We offer a 14-day return or exchange period for cell phones and devices that can be activated. You should be able to visit your local Best Buy for help processing this.


Many of the products we sell offer a one-year manufacturers warranty. I would recommend contacting Apple Support for information on how to get this process started. They may also be able to help you troubleshoot this.
