Ordering a cell phone device from Best Buy has been nothing short of a hassle.
Even after Best Buy has received my return and has processed my return and refund for sales tax paid, I am still getting billed for the Installment Plan from my AT&T cell phone carrier. I have contacted my celll phone carrier and they tell me this has to be fixed by Best Buy. I have chatted with customer service and also called and no ones is able to help!!

When I exchanged my last device on my AT&T Next installment plan, I did it directly through AT&T and it was a huge hassle as well. I went to two retail stores, chatted online with three agents, called them at least half a dozen time, and spoke with three or four reps on their Twitter channel before they finally figured out which online returns center my device was sent to (using their own prepaid label), and they refused to reverse a $700 "late fee" until they realized their own fault.
All that to say, don't give up on contacting AT&T just yet, as I'm honestly not sure how much fault Best Buy shares with them on this one.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It is sad to know this is the norm on how they operate, i thought i was an isolated case. You have no idea how much time i've spent by phone and chat. My situation is still unresolved and my most recent bill shows a charge for the second installmaent for a device I no longer have, this is insane!
Shame on you Best Buy!
