Hung up on 5 times in a row.

Hello. I cannot get ahold of a customer service representative. They either act like they can’t hear me or hang up in the middle of the call. I’ve been trying for 3 hours. This is INSANE. I’m going to be charged $150 over a promotional balance because of Best Buy’s mistake but I can’t get ahold of anyone to correct if.

It is not intentional that you are hung up on. Many families continue to stay home despite many states fully opening up. And shop online. So their phone lines may be jammed. You can always try the chat function and see if you can get someone to help. While these forums are here to help it is not immediate help.

Nah. that’s not coincidence. I’ve never had this problem with any other company. There is no cash function. Only a “bot” that answers basic FAQ questions. I have no way to get ahold of anyone.

Cash function? Not sure what’s going on, but if you’re trying to pay a Best Buy Credit Card you would need to either pay online or call Citibank at 1-888-574-1301. Like most retailers, our cards are issued by a bank which in this case is Citibank. While we offer the option to pay cash or check in our stores, this is the only means we have of taking the payment on behalf of Citibank. Online and phone payment support is fully handled by them otherwise.
