I am a volunteer teacher for the Howard T. Odom Florida Springs Institute a 503c Non Profit enviromental advocacy organization fightitng to save the springs and rivers in Florida from the advance of the green tide of alage pollution.
I am looking for a donation an iMac Apple computer to be used to demostrate our programs and office use at our center in High Springs, FL (near Gainesville)
I have found a form for Best Buy Donation based on a "PDFfiler" website that makes it look like it's a Best Buy affiliate but it wants me to charge to be printed and it seems bogus.
Is this the route to get and application for a donation from our local (Gainesville, FL) BestBuy?
Can I go to a store and get an application or could you direct me to where I would apply?
Best regards,

Greetings, HTOFSI,
Welcome to the Best Buy forums and we appreciate your interest in obtaining a donation for your organization. It certainly sounds like you’re doing some great work that aligns with Best Buy’s interests, especially in the area of sustainability.
As you may know, Best Buy has committed to helping prepare teens from underserved communities for the tech-reliant jobs of the future. We focus on this through National Grant Partnerships, Community Grants, along with our Best Buy Teen Tech Centers, and Geek Squad Academy camps. While your request isn’t one that we’d normally support, I would encourage you to visit our Social Impact page here to see if one of our programs may be of assistance.
Regarding the page you discovered, that is not official to Best Buy and I would encourage you not to utilize that form, as it is not provided by Best Buy.
Thanks for posting!

Thanks for writing back. Out mission is more about survival of the Aquifer and the animals that use it to live. Wait. We need it to drink from. Yikes.
Flow is going down and pollution is going up.
We made 3 software products that we use to educate the school groups that visit us.
1. Springs info map-springs outlined in small to large different colored circles. Click and the link to the body of water opens.
2. Fish ID page-all the fresh water fish that live in the springs and rivers. (Turtles are being worked on. Everyone loves turtles. No one ever screams. "Theres a Turtle in my house"
3. Blue Water Audit-find your address on the map and see what pollution is in your ground water.
We need a touch screen computer to run the program in the Enviromental Center.
Howard T. Odom is the father of Springs Ecology. His dad Eugene Odom wrote the book and coined the term Ecology.
