I want to file a complaint about the length of time to resolve a gift card credit, lack of follow up, and general process of getting support but can not find a corporate number, mailing address, or email to send it to. I tried to ask on the 1-888 number but they just took note of it in my ticket number and would not provide another means to file a complaint. It appears others have requested to file a complaint in this forum as well, but I only see that a moderator advises to private message them.

can you describe the circumstances of the credit for the gift card? might help the moderator when one gets a chance to swing by to assist.
