There’s a few different ways we can go about collecting your feedback, it’s just a matter of choosing which option works best for you. If you’d like to provide me more information regarding your experience here publicly, you’re more than welcome to do so! Otherwise, if you have the full name of the person you spoke to, or any other private information I can use to find them (your order number, your case number, etc.), feel free to send me a private message using the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, and provide any details you’d like to share, and I’ll be happy to make sure your feedback is forwarded to the right place!
If you prefer the private message route, you may need to switch to “Full” for “Desktop” view before the “Private Message” button is visible to you.

Posted this on reddit, but figured I'd post it here as well (didn't see that Sean had responded to me until I checked my spam folder).
Recently had a rather odd issue with one of my orders (issue with a discount being removed from an entire order after part of it was cancelled; it was kind of a mess due to GCU no longer being a thing, we think) and the customer service specialist that helped me out was awesome!
Getting in touch with someone via the phone was super quick (less than 5 minutes both times, I accidentally hung up on the first agent when I hit the end call with my cheek, which always happens to me at the worst times!) and they were super nice and helpful.
Also, not sure if it is normal or not, but I have to say, it is really, really nice not being put on hold while they message their supervisors for assistance (shooting the breeze is way better than just hearing some generic music).
Overall super pleased with the support I received today (especially considering Covid+holiday season).
Just wanted to say thanks for all the help, it was much appreciated (figured it would be nice to show some appreciation for all you employees out there right now).
