How to I lodge a formal complaint with corporate

I have been dealing with multiple issues in the last several months and the customer service I have received has been horrible.

 

The first is my elderly mom brought in a computer and laptop to have files transferred from her PC to her laptop.  After getting both back her PC no longer works.  She went back into the store and they refused to fix it.  She called customer support and they said she needed to go back to the store.  When she told them she already did, they told her there was nothing else they could do.  I contacted customer support and they said since it is her order, she needed to call in and not me.  She tried to call in again, and they told her now it was over 30 days and she was out of luck.  You broke her PC and refuse to make it right.

 

The second one is in regard to a refrigerator I purchased and delivered.  The whole process was so bad, that your customer service department (via Twitter DM's) promised me a $100 partial refund check and that was going to be processed within 48 hours.  After two weeks, I tried contacting DM'ing the Twitter CS and several attempts were completely ignored.  Then I contacted customer service via chat on your website.  They said they would get it escalated but I would need to call in again.  After almost an hour on hold, that agent is telling me they are not going to honor the refund promise and I would have to take a gift card.  I don't want a gift card.  I want you to honor what you promised me.  

 

I do not want to talk to anyone at customer service anymore after how me and my mom have been treated.  I would like to speak to someone who might actually make things right.  I have spent a lot of money with you guys over the year.  I deserve better service than this, and you guys should be absolutely ashamed how you are treating my elderly mom.

After over 1.5 hours on hold, the supervisor told me they won't honor the promise of my $100 check and to contact customer service on Twitter. I told her they have been ignoring me for over a week and she I will just have to keep trying.  I think the plan is to ignore me and give me the runaround until I go away.  This is beyond ridiculous at this point.
