How or to who do I make a complaint to about services promoted at the store

I was at best buy in the beginning of June when a Reliant rep approached me. He gave me information and we looked into what I would be paying a month if I joined them. I told him I'd let them know and thought that was the end of it. Fast forward to now and I've just found out that I was signed up to Reliant and my other company was cut off. I don't manage this bill so I didn't notice that I had a deliquent bill which has now dropped my credit score.I have to jump through hoops now to get everything fixed. I didn't sign a contract nor gave authorization to make this change. I have to deal with contract concerns now with my original electric company and I'm involved in assistance that requires I have to be concurrent with the company. To me this is fraud. They stole my information. Best buy allowed this company to do this to its customers. I am jaded at this point to ever speaking with anyone who is promoting anything. Who knows how many other people reliant did this to and best buy just allowed it. I've worked really hard to build my credit and for this company to just take my infomation and create and account is OUTRAGING! It's not fair. I think best buy has to be more mindful who they allow to promote on there property because this looks bad on you.

Changing energy companies can certainly be great choice a if you’re looking to cut back on some of your bills, and another provider can help you achieve that.
