I am having an issue with purchasing an item and nobody at the Customer Support number, or the chat (or even Twitter!) can help me, they all tell me the same thing and do not listen when I point out the verbiage included in the links they keep sending me.
I'd like to either reach and resolve this with the corporate office at this point before pursuing other methods of resolution.

I posted a response to this question yesterday but I'm assuming it was deleted. I'm not at liberty to say, as I've tried twice now and both comments/posts have been deleted.
I will wait 2 more days for someone to answer the messages to BBY associates I've sent, or for someone to comment here with BBY in their name and agree to help me in DM's, after that time I'll look at other avenues of communication.

As stated in our Price Match Guarantee--and as you were previously informed--coupon offers like our Student Deals may not be used in conjunction with a price match. As you mentioned in your private message:

Best Buy does not match competitors' coupons. Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. Best Buy does not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.
With apologies, we would not be able to extend both offers to you on a single purchase; you're welcome to choose the one that best suits your needs.
