Horrid Service

Good luck trying to reach Best Buy via telephone - good luck trying to find out why your merchandise has not been shipped.  When you finally get someone to answer, they tell you that your merchandise did not ship despite the fact that you have a receipt and they would "have to look into it." - making one feel that they think you took the merchandise out of the store with you.  They shipped the less expensive item I purchased at the same time but not the more expensive item. I have a business to operate and cannot do so without the missing item.  I cannot even get Best Buy to refund my money so that I can order from someone else and move on.  I live over 100 miles from the nearest store and do not wish to waste any more time and money on this.  Shame on Best Buy - it is definitely not the Best Service.

I'm sure if these were items you were in dire need of, you've been anxiously anticipating their arrival and were disappointed when one of them didn't ship as you expected.
