Horrible customer service

Hello,

I’m having two issues.

1. I bought a laptop in store and the laptop went on sale. So I called over the phone and they had me return the one I purchased In store and they ordered the one that was on sale it was $800 off. They were to give me the same promotion since I just Purchased one in store and they confirmed it would be 0% apr for 18-24 months or 5% back, I agreed. Since then, they’ve added all the interest accrued in 12 months. I have About $700 added to my balance in January, I keep Getting the run around from citi and Best Buy customer service and even in the store, no one is accountable and keep pushing me off, they keep telling me it will be fixed and they will call me back in 48 hours and no calls.

2. My dad purchased arlo cameras in store. He purchased insurance. They returned all of them and uninstall then from my house and made me purchase new ones, they never advised the insurance would be cancelled and charged me again for the insurance on the new set of cameras when they confirmed it was defective. The gentleman advised the cameras would last 3-4 months on a single charge and they don’t even last an entire day per charge. The new set is experiencing the same issue. They keep dying and we have to charge them every few hours, which defeats the purpose of having cameras when they’re not working properly or working for the entire time. I would Like someone to please help resolve these ongoing issues. Best Buy was my favorite store but honestly I dont Recommend them anymore.
