Horrible call center -Arnel is definitely a horrible representative

Some of the representatives in the Philippines are very disrespectful, unprofessional and just plain rude.

Had a horrible experience with your representative Arnel who not knowledgeable on return policies with status member and when I corrected her she became extremely rude and short. When I asked to speak with a manger she “ if that’s what you want fine wait then”. She thought she put me on hold but didn’t. I heard her calling customer stupid and how she planned to just leave me on hold and take a break with her coworkers. I understood the language which she was not aware of... I spend way too much money and have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years and started to notice the customer service decline tremendously. I tried to call back to be bounced around to numerous dept and finally gave up. So here I am with a bad experience and still holding on to the Dud product I have been trying to exchange.

We'd expect you to receive the best support online, over the phone, and in-store, so it saddens me to learn about the interaction you had. This is not what we want for our customers.
